How It Works

1. Book a Free Consultation

Schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation to share what you’re looking for and ask any questions. This is a chance to see if we’re a good fit.

2. Create a personalized plan

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your intake session and begin creating a therapy plan tailored to your needs, goals, and pace.

3. Begin your healing journey

Start attending sessions in a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore, process, and grow.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. This means I do not accept or work with any insurance plans. However, I can provide a monthly superbill upon request, which you may be able to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask about your coverage for out-of-network mental health services. Payment is automatically billed in full after each session.

forms of payment

I accept payment via cash, check, credit card, or HSA/FSA card.

cancellation policy

To respect both your time and mine, I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any canceled or rescheduled appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—will be charged the full session fee. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, but in general, this policy helps ensure consistency and availability for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The length of therapy varies from person to person and depends on your unique goals, needs, and circumstances. Some clients find short-term therapy (a few months) helpful for addressing specific concerns, while others benefit from longer-term support to work through deeper patterns or ongoing challenges. We’ll work together to regularly assess your progress and adjust the pace and focus of therapy as needed. Ultimately, the decision about how long to stay in therapy is yours, and I’m here to support you for as long as it feels helpful.
