Healing starts with feeling safe again.
Betrayal Trauma Therapy in Missouri
This is a space where you don’t have to hold it alone.
At Healing Partners STL, I specialize in supporting individuals healing from betrayal trauma—whether from intimate relationships or other deeply personal ruptures. This work is not something you have to do alone. Here, healing is a shared process: we walk together, as partners, through the pain, the rebuilding, and the rediscovery of self. You’ll find a steady, compassionate environment where you can reconnect with your inner sense of safety, rebuild trust, and come home to yourself—at your own pace. Healing here isn’t rushed or forced; it’s held with care, grounded in presence, and deeply honored.

Welcome! I’m Rachelle.
I offer specialized support for individuals and couples navigating the impact of sex addiction, including compulsive pornography use and other problematic sexual behaviors. My approach is trauma-informed and sensitive to the needs of both partners—especially the betrayed partner—focusing on safety, stabilization, and emotional healing.
For couples in the early stages of recovery, I support the betrayed partner in navigating the intense emotional upheaval that follows the discovery of infidelity—often referred to as betrayal trauma. This early phase, sometimes called “relational CPR,” focuses on creating safety for the betrayed partner while guiding the unfaithful partner in beginning to show empathy, take accountability, and make meaningful efforts to repair trust.
If betrayal has left you feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next, you don’t have to walk this path alone. I bring both professional expertise and personal experience with betrayal trauma, offering a safe, compassionate space where healing can begin—for you, and for your relationship.
